Dermatologist Debunks Skincare Myths!

1) Toners are definitely not an essential part of your skincare routine. They make your regime more elaborate and cumbersome. If they are astringents they strip the skin of moisture.

2) Organic or natural is not necessarily always safe. So check the ingredient per se and not just the label which says organic/ natural.

3) Drinking 2-3 L of water per day is good for our body including the skin. That does not mean if we consume more water we add more glow to the skin.
