We arrived to Cancun from New York 01/29/2024 you don’t need any form to fill out if you travel by air !!! Don’t pay any fees advertised on line. You getting out of plane strait to immigration and you free to leave. I would recommend to order transportation in advance. We use eTransfer no issues at all. Please keep in mind you need to go outside of airport to find a person with sign eTransfer. Easy and smooth ride. Good luck with you travels 😊

I'd like to add, don't stop for transportation questions or help within the airport after customs. There are tons of scammers. When you reach outside, it's much more official.

Hello we traveled to Cancun last year and filled out the FMM forms online had no problems with them. Now for 2023 you are not required to fill out any forms. The airport now has E gates. We live in US and our passports are E gate approved.

I rented a car in Mexico and when I went to return it they checked for a spare and it was not there. They charged me $350. I did not check for a spare when I rented the car so I don’t know if it was there to begin with. While I was doing the paperwork in their office the rental company loaded my luggage and family in the mini-van. I’m betting the spare was never there to begin with so make sure you check. BTW my credit card company would not refund the charge.

Awesome tips. After my last Visa run I made copies of the translated version of the FMM & Customs Form. I had SO many people asking to borrow the picture on my phone. BTW, getting a 180 day Visa (FMM) WILL depend on how that agent feels at the moment. Make small talk or even a compliment. You can attract more flies with a little Miel, than you can with vinegar.

I have filled out the immigration form online a few times and never was rejected, i guess it's up to the officer, sometimes the airlines will run out of forms and you have to get them on arrival, happened on my last trip with Jetblue..

can i get form at the airplane? online it does not let me because my passport expires in july so on the expiration part online it says it must be within 180 days
