FALSE NEGATIVE DOCTORS PREGNANCY TEST BUT STILL PREGNANT

How I found out I was pregnant and the roller coster I went though at the beginning of it.

This happened to my mom, I'm the nonexistent pregnancy, nobody believed her, the doctor told she wasn't pregnant, tests were negative. He decided to do an ultrasound just to show her definitely that there wasn't any pregnancy and surprise, there I was.

Everything you say is relatable my situation, I had 2 faint positives tests at home and my blood test was negative at the doctors which I was disappointed and cried.. God spoke to me and said "Whose report do you believe? My report or the doctors?" God has the final report and authority in your life! I changed doctors and got an ultra sound... Guess what? Im 8 weeks pregnant with twins. I was diagnosed with PCOS when i was 18 and my cycles were irregular. I stopped trying for a baby cause it was mentally and physically draining and weighing me down. My symptoms were excessive thirst, shortness of breath, cramping, sore breasts at times, sore lower back and it pained me when I would pee.

heavy pregnancy signs, no period, rushed to the doctor not feeling well but test came out negative (weird thing was that the doctor only waited like 50 seconds for the results. i had a dream of speaking to my son and he told me he’d be here at the end of 2024, which would mean id be pregnant now. went to bed the night after i rushed to the ER and i had a dream the test said positive. went to the doctors again a week later and guess what 8 weeks pregnant 😅

Same.. I was told I wasn’t pregnant after a positive home test .. THEN I got an ultrasound that did detect a heartbeat so I was excited!! THEN a week later no heartbeat and they gave me fragile (I think it was) because supposedly I was 6 weeks along and they wanted to be sure nothing was left behind because I was having a miscarriage…. THEN 5 days or so later, oh nope! YOU ARE PREGNANT 😢… now I’m terrified to even go to the doctor.. emotional distress for sure .. 🎉🎉 he’s seven now ❤

I’m 20 days late and all negative tests blood and home test. Was told to take prenatal. I just don’t feel well at all. Never missed a period in my life. My bf and I have tried for the first time and I think I’m pregnant. No one believes me 😢 I wish there was a support group chat about this I feel so alone.

THIS IS A MOOD! Finding out I was pregnant was a mess. I took a pregnancy test and it was positive and that morning I was supposed to do some field training (because I’m in the army) but I wasn’t feeling well so I was like f it let me take it, I did and it was positive. My sergeant, sergeant first class and, first sergeant told me to go to the clinic, I did and I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative. I didn’t believe what the nurse had told me because there was no way so I tried calling the clinic at a different time twice and both times the same women answered those two times and she was snarky and rude as hell! She kept telling me she couldn’t see my results and that the nurses should’ve gave me my results already or that I should wait til someone called me to tell me what my results were. She also told me to “figure it out” or “I don’t know what to tel you” after I told her that I just wanted to confirm that it wasn’t a mix up. I also tried requesting a blood test on the phone and she says it’s going to take a few days for someone to call me back so I just hung up because she was already being extremely difficult. After all of that Something still didn’t feel right so I went back the next day and requested blood work in person because maybe they accidentally switched my test with someone else or maybe they didn’t pay attention to the line because it was so faint, but guess tf what!? I was most definitely pregnant.

I am literally going through this right now... I tested positive (including a digital test) for 3 days, to be told at the doctor's office that their tests were negative. We've decided to wait a few days and see what my body does.. and if no change, then I'll test again at home. If it's still positive, we are switching clinics. The staff yesterday was not very compassionate. Sending prayers for your healthy pregnancy! :)

Thank you for this information. I am going through something to similar just in reverse. I haven’t gotten my period yet and it’s been 8 days after my period was suppose to start. I tested once it became a week late and got a negative pregnancy test with clear blue. I don’t want to go to my doctor just yet, I’m thinking I should wait another week. Congratulations🌿💪🏾💙👣this is common always advocate for yourself ask for the hcg blood test and ultrosound if they say no go some where else. Im on pregnancy 5 and I had the same issue each time🙏🏾💪🏾🙌🏾👣I am 11 weeks and 2 days today.

Same thing is happening to me. I keep getting a mix of faint positives with negatives. One day it’s positive, the next day it’s negative. I’m having pregnancy symptoms as well. I keep putting off going to the doctor because I’m afraid they are going to think I’m crazy. The staff at my doctors is very judgmental and rude. I only go there because my doctor is amazing and so nice. I don’t know what to do

UPDATE: It was another chemical pregnancy. My doctor put me on progesterone, so hopefully that will work.

I have taken 8 tests (all positives - lines getting darker) and I went today to get it confirmed by my doctor. She was so rude to me and asked why I was even there because technically my period isn't supposed to come until Saturday so I'm only 3 weeks, 5 days. They did a test and it came back negative, then tested again and got a faint line. She said the at home tests are more sensitive and they did a blood draw too to be sure. Instead of be positive and tell me to be hopeful the doctor went into how possible miscarriage is and explained what that would look like. It's been a stressful day. I'm so nervous to get the blood results back.

Why are doctors like that. It hurts especially when you are trying to get pregnant. I tested two positives at home ....a day later l started bleeding the cramps were soooo intense l have never felt like that before....so l went to the doctors the following day and theh did a BHCG test and a Scan. Scan said not day went to see my blood tests results they never showed me only told me bluntly like you are not pregnant and prescribed some antibiotics which she never said what they are for. Send me home. That was yesterday. I didnt want to cry but then the treatment from the hospital was too harsh l cried all the way home.... l dont know why they made me look stupid for seeing two positives 3 days apart . 😞😞😞😞😞im still hurt mommies .

I Havnt had a positive, cuz didn't know I was pregnant.
I passed a fetus yesterday. Nurses are saying I wasn't pregnant! Test results came back negative. Now bleeding so heavy with golf ball size clots. Feeling very low 😢

Currently going through this as well, I am a month late I took two clearblue tests both had faint positive, doctors test said negative and I took two first response with faint lines as well . Hopefully I am this would be my rainbow baby 🌈I’ve had two miscarriage before

Omg wow! My period is 8 days late and I’ve taken like 5 pregnancy tests and one clear blue and they’ve all have been negatives 😭 I don’t know what’s going on! Congratulations honey ❤️

This same thing happened with us, took 3 pregnant test all came back positive. Went to the doctors they said it was negative and pretty much brushed us off. Went back home and took 4 more test and all were positive and said pregnant. So we decided to go to a different doctor and hopefully they can give us the confirmation we need!
