Younger Drummers seem to be obsessed with gear gear gear, brand, product… That worries me a little bit. It’s just a tool, music first, that’s my suggestion, from an old fart… please don’t be offended.
Meanwhile, I really enjoy Mark’s drumming, and I really like that simple quarter note ostinato in the bass drum carrying it out to the end, really simple and musical and fantastic!

Mark is a great drummer, and the drum sound pretty good, but what I see is a bunch of cut corners for the price of these drums.
