48:17 final pro tip: the hill of the ancestors is the best place to farm skill points. You need to save up 600k coins, to buy 6 warriors, but each fight they win will give you 500 skill points. After the first battle, you can buy more fighters from the hill of the ancestors for 100 skill points instead of 100k coins. There are 13 fights total, 500 skill points each, giving up to 6500 skill points. More than enough to max out all skills. However, once you complete the last battle you can no longer buy warriors with skill points, youll have to spend gold. This is important because if you want to get that title the governor was talking about, you need 10 million coins. Easiest way to make that is winning the gold tournament for 2.5 mil per tournament. If you can still buy warriors for skill points, you'll hit 10 mil a bit faster.

3:50 pro tip: you can stock up on inventory at night, fill the racks before you sleep.

Also, don't worry about not having enough money for rent. You can pause the story by simply not completing the current quest, the last one for ch.1 is a bald woman with black lipstick.. as long as you don't finish her quest, you can keep going for as many days as you want.

It's possible to unlock all of the skills, have 15 "employees" and every shop upgrade before you pay rent.

Drae, for the merchant president, vote for big sister or you'll stuck in the long run. Also gold respawn everytime you reenter the town. There's two path that you will take on the next chapter and you better read carefully before making any choices in the dialogue trees because it is easy to bricked your game if you didn't do so. I finished this game after 40 hours and you are barely 30% of the main story.

P/s: slaves are busted, but make sure you have at least 3 slaves running your anvil at all times, they started very bad but by times, they will generate you good money.

yea, making bulk is the way to go. Especially when you start with potions, since the way it works is you pour the potion into the quenching barrel . And the potion in the quenching barrel will last until you go to sleep. So you can really make 1 potion last a very long time. And you can assembly line only pommels and guards in one material, store them in the chest by the ores, and then whenever you want just make blades and assembly.

And about the alloy making. You dont HAVE to melt every ore at the same time. You can melt the hard ones with high temp first and then drop in the ores with lower melting temp so you dont loose any quality

You can quench blades multiple times in real life with no negative consequences if you anneal them between quenches.

Just going to give you a cheese strat, small golden maces. They sell for like 20-25k, selling at 15%. Mine the gold at the bottom of the hill until you can afford a slave for 50k. Get them to mine the gold for you. And you'll make rent in a day

You're about to realise that the game's story gets a whole lot deeper. It's much easier to make it through once you get slaves - I would start with one blacksmith slave and one gold miner. Once you have three blacksmith slaves you won't need to worry about money again. Loving the series Drae!

Do the upgrade that gives you more ore inventory and spend more rime at the mine, you can find like 3-4 gold a day cosnistently if you break all the bottom rocks.

Drae, optimal quench temp (in this game) is 530*C. If you wait at the quench barrel until it reaches 530 and just full send the dunk, you’ll always get 99% (not 99% red)

For literally 7 minutes I was screaming at my phone - that's a short sword Drae not a dagger!!

Hey Drae, for weapons/blades that you want to use a different metal for, you can just use the expensive gold-type metals for the pommel and guard to increase the price. It's not as high as a purely gold weapon, but it's good enough. Books don't give you special perks/skills, but they teach you actually useful stuff like which metal type creates which hidden synergies. With regards to re-quenching in real life, it's not true that more than a single quench will just make the blade brittle. Multiple quenching is doable but it's just that there is a limit since different materials react to different amounts and levels of heating and cooling cycles.
