Shouldn't the P+ matrix be ((1, 0) (0, 0))?

Thanks really. But i have a little confusion with the Px isn't there any error in the formulation of the matrix?

It's about time that you realize that, when you wear light-colored clothing, we can't see anything you write directly in front of you on the board. Life is a learning process! For some people this is harder to realize than learning QM. It needs empathy. Such a poor presentation-technique for teaching.
