My supermarkets don't have cauliflower rice so I made it myself. It was a lot of work but for this HUGE bowl of amazing food, it was 100% worth it. Thank you so much for the recipe

Oats can be cooked in a pan with 10 times their weight in liquid, and let them cool in the fridge for some hours.
If you want voluminous food thats the goat.

Great Video! I was unaware you can make oats swell up so much. A tip I learned recently (not original) for replacing nutella is adding PB Fit to Chocolate Whey Protein. I do 16g of each and 20g of water. Mixes up pretty close to peanut butter/nutella consistency.

This recipe is crazy. I just tried it and could not finish it. I only had like 350 calories in the bowl too. The chocolate flavor is very strong 💪

Absolute banger Scott, I made mine using 50g of oats, one egg white and one packet of cauliflower rice. Turned out awesome. Flavour drops and whey somewhat masked the cauliflower, but luckily I don't mind the taste anyway. :D
