Of course it's gonna look like a wild amount of volume when you roundbrush-dry your hair forward, roll it up inwards and then flip it all back, it has basically nothing to do with the mousse, it's just your hair is now trained to lie forward. Same as having your hair in a sidepart and then trying to flip it over to the other side, your hair won't want to co-operate. Always think critically about what people are trying to sell you online.

Do it on the crown of your head... WAYYY more volume and doesnt look like its out of place. Im from Dallas and thats how we do it here, city slickers and buckle bunnies alike😂😂

My hair used to do that when it was longer! I just slept with my hair wet (a mortal sin ikik) and brushed it back. i used dry conditioner and did about the same thing. warning, though, if you do this and it works, avoid rain at all costs 😭 the lack of actual holding products is great because your hair doesnt get crunchy but it also might poof up really bad if it gets too humid lol

I prefer tight curls with sleep rollers . It’s the fact I have to go to bed and take almost an hour to get ready just to go to sleep because of my hair, but it’s more worth it when I wake up, if I wake up late I don’t have to rush to do my hair. Also I have bleach hair so I’ve not use hair curling iron in a long time. I’ve not style my hair in a long time too and just comb and go out nowadays like since 3 years ago
