He’s basically taking care of his family, because he can now. Good for him.

Our parents don't kick us out at 18 and in turn, we don't send them to a senior home. We take care of each other 🙂 😃

There’s nothing better than staying at home and taking care of the parents

I am from Brazil and all my unmarried cousins (a crushing number) still live with their parents. It is just the way it is.

I honestly don’t understand what’s so hard to get when people get so shocked that we still live with our family.

If it's a loving, supportive family, why not ? We need all the love and support we can get in this world.

When my coworker told me that her daughter was graduating high school and already stress out about not having a place to move after… I looked at her like this 😳 why is she moving? She said that she moved out at 18 years old, that just how it is. 😅

I want to thank my parents who didn’t kick me out at age 18. Who taught me to be responsible without the need of me living else where. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

I admire any family living together, especially those who truly enjoy each-other's company.

As a American Haitian it surprises me how shocking this is .... If my mom and father were still living we would live with each other .... It's actually a beautiful thing

Yes!! That is true. Latinos love to be together. Children leaves house if they get married otherwise they still at home . We love that 💕 we also take care of our elderly people. We adore them and respect them.

As a Brazilian, I can relate. I still live with my parents and now I can help financially in home and take care of them

My home girl who is Mexican said that girls moving out of their parents'house unmarried is considered disgraceful
Families stay together
They own property
They all build homes on that property
It's SMART
And it keeps generational wealth accessible to the rightful inheritors
And it protects the kids cuz they just run up and down and all around the property and EVERY house belongs to some auntie, uncle, or cousin

Seriously living without your family is mostly an American thing. Most of us can relate and won't raise an eyebrow
