Cubase 6.5 Tutorial - 4: Editing Audio Clips (Basic)

Welcome to AUDIOTEKs tutorial on Cubase 6.5. Most of the things you can do with the new 6.5 update can be done with older versions of Cubase, so check this one out if you are working with any previous version as well.

In this tutorial, we will start editing audio clips. This tutorial is very long and gives fairly deep insight in the basics of editing your audio clips. Advanced users might benefit from this as well as I'm also sharing a few cool keycommands and hints on adjusting preinsert clip gains. I forgot a few of the very basics in this one, which I'll cover in episode 5.

Got it guys. its called the info line, You click on the image next to the clock on the far left, then a menu will pop up. You click activate info line

Great video man :) Thanks! Slightly off to topic, but i love the windows skin thing you have going on, how do i get that? Also, i cant help but notice how much sharper (in 1080) your DAW looks (smoother text etc.)... im using cubase 5, is this why its not quite as sharp?

Hey, If anyone has this problem please assisst. I use Cubase 5. The black tool bar appears only sometimes. Other times i will open the project and click on the audio clip but it doesnt show me the bar where i can transport and manipulate the pitch. How do i activate it?

Hello to you! I recently bought myself the cubase 9 Elements and am trying to touch up my guitar track. It is only one spot I am needing to enhance. Basically one string that i hit when playing my song did not come through to clearly. Can you tell me how to go into that part of my track and enhance just the one little spot so i can hear it better? Thank you for your time.
