I make this all the time and a hack you can use is instead of mixing everything in a bowl, put it all in a large Ziploc and don't press the air out so there is lots of room inside the bag for the cauliflower to move around, then just shake it and move it around with your hands to get the cauliflower evenly coated. No dishes and you get the cauliflower coated better because you can move it around a lot better in a big Ziploc :)
