Literally can't listen to this and not cry. My little bro introduced me to anime and he passed at 15. I've finished naruto and shippuden like we wanted to, and watch boruto with my little one. She got so excited when she realized I love anime...i can't watch any shippuden or boruto episodes without crying now 😂😭

I’m going to admit this… I know this is over an anime character, but I don’t care, lol. This is how I feel about him and his story.
When I watched this series and itachi first appeared and it was known of what he done..I didn’t like him because of that. But it got me to thinking that something didn’t seem right, there has to be more to that story. Why would he do that? It got me to thinking.. (and that has actually helped in in real life, funnily enough. Trying to see all sides to a story).
The series went on and more things came into the light, throughout that time I started to like him more and more. Even became my favorite character in the whole series, even a crush (yeah yeah, I know…lol. Even after I stopped watching it, sadly, he still remains my favorite). Then when the truth was revealed, I felt so f-ing sad for him… he practically sacrificed everything to protect the village and in a sense his brother that he couldn’t bring himself to kill. He lost the potential life he could’ve lived..he would’ve been an amazing teacher I think. And much more.
It broke my heart when he died.. and when he was resurrected too.. but I’d like to think that he was in a relative peace after that.
Anyway, lol. I hope anybody that gets to the end of my comment has a good day/night, at least the best it could be💜

I actually cried about Itachi, Jiraiya, and some others from Naruto. That series is really deep. It really hurt my heart to see what happened to Itachi. He deserved better. He should've had a nice life and a chance to become a Hokage or teacher. :(
