IP Forwarding

The following video discusses the role of IP forwarding in networking. We will start by discussing switches and VLANs and then move to the basics of IP forwarding.

So we have networks that are broken down into different VLANs. So will have a group of switches linked together via trunk ports that provide connectivity for VLANs across different physical distances. The routers are used to route between different subnets.
