As I understand it, the LTE Backup PRO requires you to provide your own sim card with a data plan. Is that correct? If so, what AT&T data plan did you go with? I have Xfinity Cable internet and we get outages during the day when I work from home. They're not frequent, but often seem to happen at the WORST possible times. I'd like to use the LTE Backup, but I don't want to pay a monthly fee to AT&T, especially if I don't use any allotted bandwidth for the month. Are you able to buy a certain amount of data, like 20GB and use that up over a long period of time and then buy another 20GB when those run out? The regular LTE Backup requires you to use a data plan that charges $15 a month for 1GB and every other 1GB is $10. I'd rather avoid that $15 monthly fee.

Couple questions, since it plugs into a switch port, does that mean you can have 3 internet connections? two using the wan ports, another for the LTE? Also, with two wan connections you can spread your internet usage across the two wan connections, are those options there for the LTE and primary wan? AND... las one 🙂 what cool info screens if any are there for the LTE connection? Thanks man, good video.

is it possible to use that as Main Modem? Instead of a Fritz LTE Router? To avoid double NAT?

Have you ever heard of using one of the UN carriers, like mint mobile and others, that share the ATT network? I was also wondering if you had any suggestions as to the type of external antenna? Thanks

Hi, since lte backup pro has limited bandwidth and data limits, is there a way to limit the devices when i am on cellular failover device? i don't want someone streaming netflix on TV while i am on failover device. i want to limit it to my work laptop and few critical devices.
