Mary Dixon Woods - Measuring What Matters

Показать описание
Mary Dixon Woods is Professor of Medical Sociology at the University of Leicester.
In this presentation, Mary talks about how important it is to analyse, monitor, or learn from safety and quality information. She stressed that if you're not measuring, if you're not measuring intelligently, or if you're only measuring you're not managing. Only by 'measuring what matters' and acting upon that learning will we see improved safety across the healthcare system.
This presentation was held at the National Learning Event on the 12th June 2014 'Making Sense of Prudent Healthcare'.
