Last time I was inside that beautiful blding which eas my wkend hangouts. I loved the restaurants moving floors, Movie Theater I even was stuck in the elevator mid air looking at Canada. Right to this day I don’t get in them. That was back in the middle 80’s.

I remember when it wasn't there. I spent many summers going to concerts in the plaza in the 80s.

Not mad at the plans, the proposed renovation and redevelopment looks promising. The only thing that could hold it up is the likely recession economists warned would be coming in 2025.
