Google had what is probably the biggest head start in history, on AI. Supposedly working on it a decade before everyone else, backed by the largest repository of usable search data they should've been the best. Instead they subsequently hand in one of the most half backed AIs out there. Truely astonishing that even Microsoft who bungles nigh everything it touches put out a better one.
