CNN's Jake Tapper asks House Oversight Chair James Comer if he only cares about classified documents cases when it comes to a Democrat. Comer says that isn't the case, and that he's more focused on what he sees as a double standard between how Biden's investigation and Trump's investigation are being handled.

It doesn't matter if the documents are declassified or not. Trump as a citizen does not own government property. He should return the "declassified" documents because they are the property of the United States. But since he refused the DOJ had to issue a subpoena to get them. If Trump had just turned over the "declassified" documents, none of this scandal would have happened.
