Doesn't help me at all. Says my storage is almost full and if I follow your instructions there is hardly anything in the folders under "Files". I have downloaded a lot of video and images but they are NOT located in Files. SO where are they and how do I delete them. Why is Apple so frustrating?

I can't delete it, it tells me that the operation cannot be completed, no valid file provider found.

Older apps left behind DNG and other media files after the app removal or update process. My WD Passport Wireless can find them, but I won't see them from inside the iphone and thus won't be able to delete them. Any ideas?
