"Culture" is the biggest persistent buzzword in business, and in principle, it's a good one. It's a vital concept. However, most organisations get it SO wrong. Culture, team building, values…there are massive amounts of money, time, and energy invested in attempting to get these right. And most of it is fake, delusional, or unstable (prone to being broken with a single change in leadership or structure).

Definite food for thought for leaders. We all do engagement surveys but they rarely go anywhere. We just use them to show we care.
