Saints row 2 the freezer laugh xbox one

Just started playing it on the xbox one and was doing skme experimenting with the freezer glitch and found this as soon as i heard it i pressed record on my xbox has anyone heard this before or know what this is from?

It's ambient noise from the buildings. Those kinds of sounds typically play in those areas. I'd hear it a lot when I did the ho-ing diversions. I like to pretend it's the freezer, though, for that extra scare.

I was trying to find the freezer as well and after listening closely I actually heard this same laugh in game

This could be the game freaking out. I wasn't able to hear it clearly but I'll test the freezer glitch when I get home. Could it be an AI who didn't spawn? The game might've gotten confused and played the soundfile for the AI, but never spawned the playermodel.
