If you squirt the lemon on it (before) grilling, it’s gonna dehydrate most of it. Highly recommend putting the lemon/lime on after 🙂

Seekh Kebabs originated in Kakori, a region in Lucknow in India but yes, no Pakistani can actually give credits to Indian stuff.

This reminds me of an Armenian dish called Luke kebab, basically the same thing but we’d use lamb and a different spice mixture
