It's pronounced "ah-sah-ee". I'm a barista and they forced us to learn to say it correctly or we'd get in trouble.

Mexican coffee has cinnamon in it, and it is really tasty. I had it once at the Mexican pavilion at Epcot, and I remember it well years later. So coffee and cinnamon do really go together!

Did you go to the Starbucks Reserve? That place was awesome when I was visiting Seattle. I also really enjoyed going to gasworks park for sunset then eating at JOULE restaurant which is close by. Just some things I enjoyed there.

You would also probably like horchata. It's another traditional Mexican rice milk drink that has cinnamon in it and is served cold. Some people put dairy in it, so you have to ask if you go out to get it. It's super easy to make without. Salvadorians have an horchata version too. I'm not sure what the difference is though.
