65-year-old man kills armed robbery suspect: NYPD

A 65-year-old man shot and killed an armed suspect who attempted to rob him in Queens, according to the NYPD. FOX 5 NY's Raegan Medgie has the story.

screw the permit crap.. hes an american and has the right to bear arms where ever he is. The constitution overrides any state statutes. NY state has no jurisdiction over whether a person is allowed to carry a weapon unless you AGREE TO IT. Hope he has a good lawyer.
