This Dog is Selling a $32 Million Dollar Miami Mansion (literally)

Gunther the German Shepherd inherited a massive $80 million dollar fortune about 30 years ago, and it has since grown to $500 million dollars via investments in real estate all over the world. In today's video, we talk about this crazy story.

Gunther the German Shepherd is worth $500 million dollars... and yes.. he is a DOG. When his owner passed away, she passed down all of her assets to her pet at the time (Gunther II). Gunther IV is the grandson of Gunther II and he is living probably the most lavish lifestyle possible for a dog. He has been making headlines lately because he is selling his $31.75 million dollar mansion that Madonna used to own. He bought this Miami mansion from Madonna about 20 years ago for $7.5 million dollars so he did well on this deal! In reality all of this is managed by the people behind his trust, but the trust is written that Gunther the German Shepherd is supposed to be the sole beneficiary of this fortune.
