I nearly got sick to my stomach seeing them tied up and hanging like that, as if they were some random pieces of luggage (or junk). Such horrible things happen to animals worldwide. I'm so happy you managed to rescue these lucky puppies, it matters so much, even if it's probably just a drop in an endless ocean. I hope they'll have a happy and protected life, as they deserve!
