Anything made from Goretex, like the snow pants, will almost always be waterproof outside of extreme weather.

You can often find them at military surplus, bonus: you can probably find a pair of Goretex lined combat boots that will keep your feet dry too, just know they can get warm.

Fabric of the universe has such good quality in meterials and some of the best designs, but when it comes to let's say more "practical use" they show that they are just cool high quality clothes. Not waterproof, don't protect well from colt and get dirty quite easily... Still, some of my favourite techwear/cyberwear is from them sooo... Hwo cares? 😂
