How to get excited about lifelong learning & maximise SkillsFuture

The Singapore government is literally giving citizens thousands of dollars to improve their lives in Budget 2020, but yet many of us don't use the free money.

When I tell people around the world from Kazakhstan to the US about this, they say "Give the money to us!!"

Here's a sneak preview on how we can all get more excited about life long learning as a culture, and the need to think of Skillsfuture as more than just reskilling or gaining credentials, but as changing your life, your wellbeing and even thinking of it as self-care.

Also, the importance of having a personal transformation expert to help you with mindset change, whether it's a mentor, coach or therapist.

And lastly, the need for companies to throw a grenade into antiquated hiring practices so that they don't overlook deserving talent.
