One suggestion: For us in North America, it’s corn starch (άνθος αραβοσίτου), not corn flour. I found out the hard way by using corn flour once to make custard and it was a disaster. So, for the sake of those who want to make this type of custard I wouldn’t use the term “corn flour.”

This looks amazing . Can you substitute the flour portion to fine semolina to get a gagaktobouriko type custard ? Also wondering if some cardamom would a nice addition to the syrup . Love your recipes, they are so easy to follow and make . Keep them coming <3
