I remember when I first got this album on CD. I played it, and from the first notes of Dorset Perception to the very end over an hour later, I sat there, unable to move, occasionally gaping in amazement. I had other things to do, but I couldn't stop listening. I was literally struck dumb for 69 minutes. What an introduction to the genre!

Okay. I was a devout “Are You Shpongled?” purist and didn’t get this album at all. I first got my copy of AYS? In high school around 2002. Tried with this album a few times and it’s only NOW that it’s finally clicking.
