This crime is bone chilling. Shame on our social behaviour.
Agreed the society has to change. But how ?? My understanding is that a deterrent has to be created for the perpetrator to be afraid. Which can happen if the strong and swift action by the authorities - as well as the political parties in power - is taken. The saddest part is the celebrities only condemns the crime happened, but never on the way the case is handled. Here we can see that even after the cover by hospital administration and botched up handling/investigation by police - this has been pointed out by High Court, no criticism has come.
