Long post but bear with me if you are into A.I. My friend called me on 3-way back in 2002(yes im old) and told me to listen to what was going on, he got a call from a college and it was a very surprisingly good A.I. The reason he figured it out was because somehow it didnt hang up on him while it called other people and we could hear the conversations. It had a normal response to almost everything people said, and the voice was impossible to distinguish by ear. It blew me away, and this was in 2002! It makes me really wonder how much we are being told about the true capabilities and what we know is possible now was actually possible 20 years ago. It was very eerie, now I wont deny it could have been a person with manual responses they would activate, I wont deny that possibility but it was absolutely remarkable how good it was and how we randomly somehow stayed connected to it.

You bring up some really good points. I often think about the days I used to get bored at home with absolutely nothing to do (or so I thought) and when the internet came around, it seemed like it was an instant fix for boredom. It still is. It does get harder trying to continually find content that satisfies that thirst for info, though. The AI bit is scary to me....I don't like that bots could be taking over our content but you can already tell that a lot of news articles use some kind of bot to write the stories as the stories are really disconnected sometimes.

that looks like a beautiful room. What do you use it for?

I use GPT-3 myself to help me create content and after using the technology I was blown away by the data I get from a single click! This is why I had to search on youtube to understand more about the technology. Thank you for sharing this valuable content

People know since ancient times that the universe is a simulation and the universe has not collapsed yet 😉
“The all is mind; the universe is mental.” - Hermes Trismegistus
A similar concept can bi found in Vedic teachings as well.

1:26 'Human' written content is already in the minority. And it's all 'real' content. You're just deciding that 'human' written content is more 'real' then metahuman content. It's all 'human' content, and it's as 'real' as you make it. It doesn't matter 'who' writes a thing. What matters is whether it makes sense or not. 1:34 You live in a reality which is simulated by your own mind. This is always the case. 1:42 That depends on whether you are thinking your own thoughts or they are being thought for you. This comes down to whether your perception of 'reality' is your own or whether it is externally 'imputed'. 2:20 We could be brains chipped with a BMI. This is entirely possible.

- in combination with corporate interest in ads and influence, and ai's growing control of the internet, it's going to get more challenging :)

5:24 Well you know; nothing is interesting if you're not interested. So again, I would say that whether you are interested in a thing or not might depend on whether you are thinking your own thoughts or whether they are being thought for you.

5:10 I'm not sure that I understand what you mean by 'dopamine addicts'. 'In popular culture and media, dopamine is often portrayed as the main chemical of pleasure, but the current opinion in pharmacology is that dopamine instead confers motivational salience (Motivational salience is a cognitive process and a form of attention that motivates or propels an individual's behavior towards or away from a particular object, perceived event or outcome. Motivational salience regulates the intensity of behaviors that facilitate the attainment of a particular goal, the amount of time and energy that an individual is willing to expend to attain a particular goal, and the amount of risk that an individual is willing to accept while working on a particular goal.); in other words, dopamine signals the perceived motivational prominence (i.e., the desirability or aversiveness) of an outcome, which in turn
propels the organism's behavior toward or away from achieving that outcome. - But again, I would say, why worry about 'the society'. Why not navigate your personal experience.

Unfortunately I have read that most of the text with Sophia is actually scripted rather than actually created by AI. I don't know if this is true or not.

Observing the wave function merely means interacting with it. It is not necessary for a sentient being to observe it. Also the collapse of the wave function merely splits the reality into two, leaving multiple realities which include the observer, now observers. Or so I have been given to understand. But with so many caveats that we must wait and see. But in a superdeterministic point of view ...

Great video! For the Simulation Theory, it is naive to believe that we are not the ones in the simulation, assuming someday we will be able to simulate a universe. Thinking that we might be in a simulation takes a lot from life, but it can also give. It can free your mind from all the negative stuff so you can focus enjoying the good ones since the negative don't matter. Well, the good don't matter either, but would you rather enjoy life or just terminate the simualtion? For the dopamine addicted society, it is true that nowadays everyone with access to devices is hooked on them, they are now our extension. I suppose that, like other addictions, the gratification we receive will diminish overtime. Maybe this will make us all depressed. Lately, depression and anxiety is very common. Maybe we are starting to see this effect.

Wait.. i paused for a sec to share my thoughts about the AI creating fake internet information. Humans do that aswell; a lot of the internet content is crap or fake. So what's the difference there?

One one added benefit would be if you're alone in the middle of nowhere you would always have simulated avatars that would be male or female in any context and will keep you company and if you needed to recharge your negativity to a positive State of Mind this would be much better than let's say 90 days in the nowhere with no one to talk to so it's voice to laugh at the end so we're talking about communicating at some point we'll be algorithm and frequency modulated to where in between or conscious and subconscious mind you would have an identified unique identifier which would not allow other people to infiltrate and so this will be new age virus protected

3:21 No. Waste of time. Doesn't matter what we're in. No matter WHAT you are in, how you navigate your experience affects the whole. The entire universe. So better to focus on the navigation process rather than on becoming obsessed with anything else. And if you're just a brain in a vat, you can't get out of the vat till you've rebuilt yourself a body. 3:56 "If we discover our simulation, will our simulation be cancelled?" You say 'our', but there's no reason for me to 'assume' that your simulation is the same as mine. And WHO is cancelling the simulations? Not enough info.
