Trump's shocking lack of awareness about four missing U.S. soldiers in Lithuania has sparked outrage and heightened concerns over his leadership. He not only refused daily briefings since he doesn't care about soldiers lives, he asked "why would anyone join the military and put their lives on the line, what's in it for them?" He also refused to go to a US military cemetery in France.
Trump said, “Why should I go to that cemetery? It’s filled with losers.” In a separate conversation on the same trip, Trump referred to the more than 1, 800 marines who lost their lives at Belleau Wood as “suckers” for getting killed.
He also asked that there not be any wounded soldiers in a military parade because it doesn't look good. He also said not to bring any wounded warriors to the White House any more because they creeper him out and made him look bad.
