this one was ideed impressive but i have few questions! 1:45 you said "which causes myosin to forcefully change back to its relaxed shape!", Which one is relaxed shape? The one where it lies down on attaching with ATP or this one, after power stroke? Secondly, can we say energy is expended during power stroke? Which one amongst power stroke and cross bridge formation is passive?
