I love leaning back… I don’t even care, it just feels awesome. I also don’t even go heavy, but afterwards I feel like I have really hit my rhomboids and mid back and arms (I use a hammer grip). I go heavy and specific on cables for a stretchier lat engagement, and single arm pulldowns and obviously rowing with close grip

I understand the strict part of a movement. But I find movements more fluid when using momentum. It flows and feels better like I feel stiff when being strict.
