Workout of the Week:

Our athlete and personal trainer, Ashley Pyka, demonstrates these creative back exercises on our FT2 Functional Trainer.

1. Lying cable rope pull overs: 3 sets of 12 reps
2. Kneeling close-grip pull downs (attachment needed: Double D handle): 3 sets of 12 reps
3. Horizontal pull ups 3 sets of 15 reps
4. Lying Cable 2-arm Pull down: 3 sets of 15 reps each arm

Just bought an FT2 yesterday. 5-7 days until delivery! Can't wait! Inspire please keep posting these videos.

Would never perform any of these exercises at the gym. Need some knee support to to a pull down. It's okay if you only want to pull down 40 lbs or something so light your body doesn't move. Where is the body support for the proper exercises? it's what I'm searching for on this machine.
