sir i want make a user regiatration form as follows that at the bigining there only two field one is email id and secondone is otp field so user should put email id and click on send otp so an otp will be sent to users email id and usrr put that correct otp after put and submit the form rederect user to the next page in where user can submit their details like name fathers name dob and also there is a button by which user can save their unfield form for future so after all the field successfully fillup the user rederect to payment gatway for make payment after make payment user rederect to anthor page from where they can download their form with transuction id for future reference please sir guide me thanks in advance
