2:43 To remove buble you need to prepare the silicone in vacume chamber. And you get nice and perfect silicone composite.
What work for surface buble at leas on epoxy resin is blowing hot air but i dont know if is working too on silicone. But if you have a vacum chamber pute the silicone overther after mix and you will get free buble silicone.

What gave you the idea of creating segments and building them into the structure? Also, was the rigid fabric you attached to the soft rubber necessary in order to create a bending effect?

we are trying to make a soft robotic, but we got some problems.The problem is when we fill it with air it doesn't bend and just one part of it fill with the air.
if it's possible for you, please send us the steps of assembling 2 parts in the way that the empty spaces wouldn't fill with the Ecoflex.
