VW GTI MK7.5 Borla catback S-Type comparison

This is the Borla S-Type catback for the MK7.5.
This is a 2019. My car is completely stock.
No audio was adjusted for this video. It’s just that much louder.
There isn’t much drone at lower revs. However, once I hit 65+ mph, I start to hear it. But it’s not bothersome. Music drowns it out.
Surprisingly I do feel like there is a little increase in power to my car.
Had a muffler shop install it and there was no troubles. Perfect fit.
It was 60° for both of the cold starts shown in this video.
I can now hear some nice DSG farts now that the exhaust is broken in a bit.

It honestly sounds amazing. Worth the buy!

I had a borla on my Mazda 3 and later removed the resonator since it's an axel back there, cold start got ridiculously loud lol. Have a GTI now and wanna stick with borla. It thankfully seems like they aren't very loud in this video.

Just got a borla cause of this video. I love the sound, and everything about it. May have to get the resonator tho just to be nice to neighbours 😂

Man I notice with my 20 that it's louder for sure than a normal mk7 almost like a old cs muffler

Don’t get a cat back before a down pipe. It will never be as loud as it should be
