I think I know so if you go to the Skate Station and if you go to the Mountain there is a door and if you get close to it'll open and they just updated the area and there is a gray TV looking thing and if you open it it will show a lot of buttons and if you do a lot of the secret stuff and click all the mystery buttons there will be a light on there and I think it helps with that

When you go on top of the arch if you hold a computer it will say “connected” and then just go into the agency room in the hill next to the gas station and it unlocks a secret! I won’t spoil it tho-“

To get into the electrical room you need to go to the police station. Get into a cell and climb onto the top bunk. There will be a vent. Hop into that vent, though it may take a few tries, and somewhere on the right or left wall in the middle (I honestly am not sure) there will be a place you can walk right thru. It’s a shelf and an FBI picture and blah blah blah, but there is also a table. Look behind that table and you will see a blue keycard! That takes you to the electrical room!
