Great, simple instructions. I tried a previous video for the same factory reset-pwr & volume down!? Of course the phone kept shutting off and on lol i am curious-Do you Prefer a hard reset to wipe phone if gifting to another person? I would imagine Yes..But Why not ask.. Much appreciated. this phone is now so old I forgot how to wipe cache, reset etc.
