Thank you for showing a drawing of the layout before the tour. It gives a better visual of what we're looking at. Maybe pan around each room as you're walking out of it. Great explanation of the build.

What are the rough figures on the built out cost? What is a ballpark figure of the end product. There's alot of cool stuff in the design, but you never give the price of your base build. People want to get at least an idea of what they're looking at, dollar wise.

This is a pretty perfect floorplan. Offers maximum privacy. I would just want to add 2 ft width in the center common areas.

I'd like to know how much the homes are in video's like these. And yes, more about the tour and less chatter. 22 minutes is way too long to watch one video. Lets get to the jest of the build much quicker. I know that sounds harsh, but, I don't have that much time to watch tours videos.

Hi, I have a few questions. First can you pan around the rooms and not cut out? Can a wall be put up between the living room and Kitchen? Can the master bath and closet be taken out and another bedroom be added? Do we have to have an island? Last can the main bathroom be redone so it only opens to the kitchen or laundry room like remove that closet and the pantry in the laundry room to make the bathroom a bit bigger? I love the coffee spot and cabinets. This is a beautiful home and would love to have that back porch but how do you get to it from inside? Thank you in advance for any answers. I just want old normal borning country looking home nothing fancy like this.
