6:42 shes so right abt this!! Staying away from people that make it seem like everything is hard is also a big step towards having a better mindset. People like that used to ruin my mindset too when i was younger. Bc when i was younger, i always had big dreams like travelling around the world and learning like 3 more languages and yk things like that but everyone would say i was crazy to have dreams like that bc they think its impossible to achieve them. I still have those dreams btw and i keep dreaming and i always tell myself that im gonna achieve everything if i keep trying (and i do).

My parents called me difficult, when something bad happened to me and I shared they acted like actions of others was my mistake because I was difficult. By difficult them meant I had vision of self respect and had no care of the negativity they tried to input in my mind. I left, bulged carrier, moved to different continent and learned new language. They till today don't understand the I am happy because I am free of the cage they tried to lock me in. It's very important to detach and trust yourself.
