that company needs to stop pushing budgets, weight on each train and slow the mph down, while increasing maintenance on tracks and axles, if this was a plane problem it wouldnt fly until repaired properly. they dont want to answer those questions, ill answer for them, its called cuting to many corners.

What needs to happen is regulations on how weight and length is handled. The problem is they are money hungry and have zero care about safety. There are reports from workers that the safety hasn't been taken into account and has been getting worse in the last few years

This train company needs investigated and find out why there equipment is so faulty and failing causing damages and disasters. Time for Norfolk to start using those billions dollars and fix and update there equipment

I personally think trains should be shorter because too long of trains (tonnage) makes stopping time longer and unsafe. The Ohio incident was caused by a minor incident that was immediately and properly addressed but the train taking too long to stop due to too much momentum.
