Find out how to cook a quick and simple chilli con carne using Quorn Mince – a healthy source of protein.

Recipe Instructions:

Heat the oil and cook the onions until softened.
Add the chilli mix and water.
Stir in the tomatoes and beans.
Add the Quorn Mince and cook for 2 mins.
Bring to the boil stirring continuously.
Simmer for 10 mins.
Garnish with coriander and serve with rice.

Enjoy.
