Dottie Monnier has a super human memory. She has the amazing power to remember the birthday of every person in Russia, Ohio. I challenged her to prove it, so we walked around town. No matter who I chose, she knew her or his birthday. Maybe this is why everyone calls her "Champ." I gave her one last test. I asked Reverend David A. Heinl of Saint Remy Catholic Church if Dottie really had super powers. He confirmed that she did. He had tested her over and over and she never failed. Oh, one other extraordinary thing, to be able to recall their birthdays, Dottie Monnier also had to remember the name of everyone in Russia, Ohio. This story aired on WSB-TV Channel 2 Action News in 1978.
