This video is intended to show the docile nature of honeybee swarms. I was not stung at all during this video. A swarm of honeybees are not out to hurt anyone, they are just looking for a home. You should never try to harm or kill a swarm, because they will simply leave in a few days anyway. Only beekeeping professionals should try this. Do not attempt unless you are highly experienced with bees.

They really are so gentle when they are swarming, just amazing.

Two swarms turned up today and I'm thinking about trying to hand scoop for the first time (with gloves). Normally I go for the shake or cut method, but the branch they are on is quite chunky this time.
