I just tried this and it was easy and perfect! This is some of the best stir fry I've ever had - much better than I've had at restaurants! I think next time I'd like to add some straw mushrooms and maybe broccoli.

Instead of using 3 tsp of oil total. Simply:
1 tsp oil till smoking
add chicken, sear outside
add veggies accordingly

Reference-worked as a chef for 6 years. Managed a restaurant for 3.

I've made this dish around 10 times and my family loves it!! It's so quick and delicious :) I add fresh red chilli for some heat.

Tried your recipe, albeit, I didn't have all of your ingredients--no oyster sauce, different veggies. Still, I was happy with what I put together. Next time it will be better. What I learned: heat pan first, then heat oil, then add ingredients. Thanks for the pointers, and helping me to become a better cook.

Just tried this recipe and method and it came out absolutely perfect. The veggies still have texture and and just the right amount of sauce. So delicious.. Thank You for this one.

Great idea in drying vegetables and cooking them one at a time separately and then mixing all at the end. I usually throw them in raw when my meat is almost done but the steam of the meat, sauces and juices makes them soft. Going to try this approach on my next try.

Didn't have oyster sauce but added a bit of brown sugar, sesame oil and minced ginger. Still came out pretty good 😛

love it when i look for easy recipes and they all call for things no one ever has in the house

Came out good. I forgot the salt at first so i put it in once the chicken was mostly done cooking so the chicken tasted a bit salty. However, I ate it with rice so you coouldn't taste the saltiness. The vegetable however were perfect and crunchy.
