Swapping or flipping humbucker magnet? DON'T DO THIS! Here's the PROPER way.

A few weeks ago, I repaired a humbucker for someone who did exactly this.
NEVER push the magnet "through" the taped end, and NEVER push a screwdriver through that end either, to push the magnet out. I'll show you why.
