Yes Carhartt is made in many countries and I was told by Carhartt that that can mean tag design differences.iv'e worn Carhartt since early 80's and still have some nice vintage jackets.some old construction buddies or old timers as we are called agree that when Carhartt quit manufacturing in the good ole USA it all became knockoff's.

this seems a bit of misinformation man...we deal in used Carhartts and there are lots of variations here and there depending on their model number, style, year of manufacture, and also country of manufacture. You can't just take a comparison of differently styled Carhartt garments to determine its authenticity. Both the Carhartts shown here are probably authentic IMO.

my tag looks noting like the one your calling real, and my coat was bought from Carhartt so i am sure it is real. all tags are going to be different on different items, mine dont even have the silver part on it so its a fake according to your video but its a real Carhartt coat from Carhartt themselves.
